Affiliate Terms and Conditions<\/h1>

Last update: 04\/03\/2026<\/p>

This document governs participation in the Affiliate Program (the \u201cProgram\u201d) operated by SHILEON (the \u201cCompany\u201d).<\/p>

Registration and participation in the Program implies the express and unreserved acceptance of the following terms and conditions.<\/p>

Participation requirements<\/h2>

The Program is aimed at:
Influencers
Content creators
Web editors
Digital community owners
Profiles with relevant audience in social networks or online channels.<\/p>

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application without justification.<\/p>

The affiliate guarantees that:
You are 18 years of age or older
It has its own legitimate channels of dissemination.
Complies with the legal regulations applicable in your country of residence.<\/p>

Operation of the affiliation system<\/h2>

Upon acceptance into the Program, the affiliate will receive:
Unique affiliate links
Promotional material (if applicable)
Sales follow-up is done by means of:
Cookies
IP address registration
Internal tracking systems<\/p>

The affiliate is responsible for using only their official links so that sales can be properly attributed.<\/p>

Cookie policy and sales attribution<\/h2>

The duration of the affiliate cookie is 90 days from the first click of the user.<\/p>

If a user makes a purchase within that period, the sale will be attributed to the corresponding affiliate, although:
Does not occur in the same session
The user subsequently returns directly to<\/p>

Attribution will be lost if:
The user deletes cookies from his browser
The user uses a different device or browser
The user subsequently accesses through the link of another affiliate.<\/p>

Commissions<\/h2>

The affiliate will receive a commission of 15 % on the net amount of the sale, excluding:
Taxes
Shipping and handling
Refunds or returns<\/p>

Commissions are only generated on sales actually collected and not cancelled.<\/p>

The Company reserves the right to modify the commission percentage, notifying the active affiliates in advance.<\/p>

Invalid sales and exclusions<\/h2>

The following situations will not generate commission:
Purchases made by the member or persons directly related to the member's immediate environment
Canceled, returned or refunded orders
Fraudulent or manipulated sales
Incentivized traffic (rewards, unauthorized sweepstakes, unapproved cashbacks)
Use of bots, automated traffic or deceptive techniques
Use of unofficial or invented coupons
Misleading advertising or false claims about the product<\/p>

The Company reserves the right to cancel commissions in these cases.<\/p>

Review and validation of commissions<\/h2>

All sales go through a review and validation process.<\/p>

The validation period can be extended up to:
The legal withdrawal period
Confirmation of payment by the customer<\/p>

Commissions will not be considered approved until they appear as \u201cvalidated\u201d in the affiliate panel.<\/p>

Payments<\/h2>

The minimum accumulated amount to request a payment is \u20ac750.<\/p>

Payment methods available:
PayPal
Bank transfer<\/p>

Payments will be made within approximately 60 days from the end of the return period of the order, provided that:
The minimum payout has been reached
The payment details are correct
There are no incidences or suspicions of fraud<\/p>

Any fees or commissions charged by PayPal or banks will be paid by the affiliate.<\/p>

Obligations of the affiliate<\/h2>

The affiliate agrees to:
Do not damage the brand image
Do not use spam, aggressive or illegal practices
Comply with advertising and data protection regulations.
Clearly indicate that the links are affiliate links when legally required.<\/p>

Use of the trademark<\/h2>

The Affiliate may use the name, logo and materials provided solely for the promotion of the Program.<\/p>

It is forbidden:
Register similar domains
Creating social profiles that impersonate the brand
Modify logos or official messages<\/p>

Suspension or cancellation of the affiliate<\/h2>

The Company may suspend or terminate the affiliate account if it detects:
Failure to comply with these terms
Fraudulent activity
Damage to brand reputation<\/p>

In the event of cancellation for cause, outstanding commissions may be cancelled.<\/p>

Program modifications<\/h2>

The Company reserves the right to modify:
Conditions
Commissions
Methods of payment<\/p>

Any changes will be communicated to affiliates with reasonable notice.<\/p>

Applicable legislation<\/h2>
